The Škoda 73E PLECHÁČ, designed by Škoda in Pilsen in the 1970s, was designed to meet the growing demands of the railways. Eighty-six units were produced between 1975 and 1981, some of which remain in service to this day. As a four-axle locomotive, it excels in both passenger and freight transport. With an output of 3,080 kW and a speed of 120 km/h, it can handle heavy trains on demanding routes.
